Establish and maintain a single trust account (for exclusive use by your strata plan)
Issue quarterly levy notices (Macquarie Bank - direct debit facility, Bpay, Australia Post or credit card -[user pays surcharge])
Recovery of levies in arrears
Provide a statement of income and expenditure and a levy status report
Preparation of administrative and sinking fund budgets
Our accounting firm charges a fee for the following services
* Preparation and lodgement of an annual tax return
* Preparation and lodgement of business activity statements
* Annual audit
Preparation and distribution of agendas for general meetings to all owners
Attendance at meetings either in the office or on-site
Preparation and distribution of minutes
